Elitkita.com Madiun News, - After Denpasar, Bali, which was declared a Complete City on January 26, 2023, now the Minister of ATR/BPN Hadi Tjahjanto declared the City of Madiun as a Complete City, located at Wisma Haji Madiun City, Tuesday (28/3/2023).
Hadi said the acceleration was an effort by the regional BPN offices to pursue the Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) target.
"This synergy and collaboration must be maintained, even increased to achieve other targets," Minister Hadi said in a press statement at the location.
Hadi also expressed his appreciation for all ATR/BPN staff who can synergize and collaborate with local governments.
Regarding the Complete City, he explained that, a city that has succeeded in mapping all of its land parcels along with the validity of its spatial and juridical documents. He also added, what is meant by juridical completeness is that the land book data and measurement documents that have been uploaded are accurate between physical and electronic documents.
"In the Complete City, the plots of land are mapped without overlapping land," he said.
The determination of Madiun City as a complete city is in accordance with the standards. Of the 68,920 land parcels in the city, 65,559 (95.12%) land parcels have been registered, and the validity of the physical and electronic land books reaches 99.95%.
Minister Hadi hopes that this can provide peace for the community, prevent disputes, and can boost the economy.
"Determination of the Complete City is not merely ceremonial but there are benefits that can be felt by the community. Among them are legal certainty, minimizing national disputes and land conflicts and also encouraging economic growth," he explained.
More than that, Hadi stressed, his determination is committed to continuing to work hard so that all land parcels in Indonesia can be registered, and one day it will become Complete Indonesia.
Regarding the establishment of the City of Madiun as a Complete City, in the future there will be no more irresponsible parties who want to make profits illegally.
With a complete city, it can be guaranteed, the Land Mafia can no longer play around in Madiun City," he concluded.
In the declaration ceremony which was attended by Deputy Minister of ATR/BPN Raja Juli Antoni, Governor of East Java Khofifah Indar Parawansa, Danrem 081/DSJ Col. 12 Waqf Certificates, 1 Diocese Certificate, and 1 Ministry of Religion Asset certificate.
In addition, 1,459 Asset certificates were also handed over, consisting of assets from the East Java Provincial Government and the Madiun Regional Government as well as PLN and BMN assets at the Madiun Regency Hall. As well as 22 waqf certificates handed over directly at the Banjarsari Wetan Village Mosque.
For information, Madiun City is the first Complete City in East Java and number two in Indonesia after Denpasar. (Red. Rully)
